Drying apples-Golden Deliches and crackers
Drying organic apples Golden Deliches with hot air from electricity from PV solar system. Cooperation with UGD. The project is funded by FITR, through innovation vouchers. They are spent 14 kWh, drying time 7 o'clock.
Trial drying of crackers for the company “Seed of Life” in a dryer with a capacity of 200 kg. The drying was completed for 19 hours. It is a low temperature drying with increased air flow, in order to prevent the crackers from baking. Drying consumes a total of energy from 74,7 Kwh or 692 MKD. Around 12 % of this energy was provided by a PV solar system. The weather was very bad. The solar air system was not turned on.
