ECOSOLAR manufactures professional electric dryers in various capacities, equipped with stainless-steel trays and automatic control of temperature, relative humidity, drying time, and airflow circulation.

Dryer capacity is specified by the total tray area in square metres (m²) and the approximate quantity of fresh product processed per drying cycle. The actual capacity depends on the type, size, cutting thickness, and arrangement of the product on the trays. As a general guideline, the following quantities can be placed per square metre of tray area:

• Apples: 8–10 kg/m²

• Pears: 7–9 kg/m²

• Plums: 10–12 kg/m²

• Grapes: 6–8 kg/m²

• Peppers: 5–7 kg/m²

• Apricots: 7–8 kg/m²

Therefore, our technical specifications indicate both the total tray area and the approximate capacity in kilograms for each specific type of product.
