High capacity and maximum solar efficiency for professional drying

The ECO 20 H model is an advanced hybrid dryer with a total tray area of approximately 20 m² (precisely 19.2 m²). It is designed for serious production processes with a capacity of 220 to 260 kg (calculated for raw Stanley plums). It is equipped with 40 INOX (stainless steel) trays, practically arranged in two mobile trolleys.

🌿 What does a hybrid dryer mean?

This is a system that primarily receives thermal energy from solar air collectors (solar preheating of the air). Then, if necessary, the air inside the dryer is additionally heated with electrical energy provided by a photovoltaic system or directly from the electrical grid.

🏗️ Mobile design: The dryer features an assembly-disassembly design. This allows for extremely easy relocation of the machine from one location to another, depending on your production needs.

☀️ Solar Air Heating System for Preheating

To achieve maximum energy efficiency, the incoming air is preheated through a system of solar collectors.

• Optimal system: An optimal quantity of 6 series-connected collectors is recommended (6 × 2 m² = 12 m² total area).

• Power of one collector: The installed power of a 2 m² solar air collector is 1.4 kW.

• Total power (6 collectors): The installed power of the optimal 6-collector system is 8.4 kW (1.4 kW × 6).

• (Note: If a 5-collector system is used, the installed power is 7 kW).

• Advanced control (PLC): The dryer is equipped with a modern PLC controller that offers a touch screen interface and the ability to program 6 different fruit types/drying programs.

• Premium ventilation: Increased number of internal fans for perfect drying. A built-in PWM regulator is also included for precise control of the air circulation speed inside the chamber.

• Component durability: The built-in high-quality parts, including the fans (such as the standard Ø 175), have an operational lifespan of 20,000 hours.

• Safety and purity (INOX 304): The inner walls of the dryer and the trays are made of stainless steel. We do not use steel sheets, which completely eliminates the occurrence of corrosion.

• Energy efficiency: Excellent thermal insulation, solar preheating, and a built-in recuperator (heat exchanger for transferring heat from the exhaust air to the incoming air) ensure minimal energy consumption.

• Maintenance: Cheap and simple maintenance. Electric heaters and fans are available in retail, while we deliver all other specific spare parts quickly via cargo.
