The ECO 24 E is a high-capacity industrial dryer with a total tray surface area of 24 m². It is designed for professional production, with a capacity of approximately 300–320 kg (calculated for fresh Stanley variety plums). This model operates exclusively on electrical energy, as indicated by the “E” designation, and is equipped with a total of 50 INOX trays arranged on two mobile carts.

🏗️ Mobile and Practical Design: The dryer is manufactured using a modular assembly and disassembly system. This allows the machine to be easily relocated from one location to another, according to your operational needs.

🎛️ Intelligent Control and Automation

The ECO 24 E is equipped with an advanced PLC controller, allowing users to create and store up to 6 different drying programs.

The system precisely controls and monitors:

Air temperature and relative humidity
Drying time
Airflow speed inside the drying chamber
Electrical energy consumption
Wi-Fi control: Manual or remote ON/OFF operation and monitoring via Wi-Fi.

⭐ Enhanced Features and Quality

Built-in Heat Recovery Unit: As a larger-capacity model, the ECO 24 E is equipped with an integrated heat exchanger (heat recovery unit) that transfers heat from the outgoing hot and humid air to the incoming cold and dry air. This significantly improves energy efficiency.
Advanced Ventilation: Eight internal Ø300 mm fans ensure uniform and efficient drying throughout the entire chamber. A PWM controller is also integrated for precise airflow speed adjustment.
Long Component Service Life: The built-in fans are designed for industrial use with an operating life of up to 20,000 hours.
Safety and Hygiene (INOX 304): The internal walls and trays are entirely manufactured from stainless steel (INOX 304). No ordinary steel sheets are used, preventing corrosion and ensuring hygienic operation.
Energy Efficiency: Despite its large capacity, excellent thermal insulation combined with the heat recovery unit ensures low electrical energy consumption.
Maintenance: The electric heaters and fans are standard components readily available on the retail market. For all other spare parts, we offer fast delivery by cargo.
