The ECO 24 E model is a high-capacity dryer with a total tray area of 24 m². It is designed for serious production, with a capacity of approximately 300 to 320 kg (calculated for raw Stanley plums). This model operates exclusively on electricity (indicated by the “E” designation) and comes with a total of 50 INOX (stainless steel) trays arranged in two mobile trolleys.

🏗️ Mobile and practical design: The dryer is manufactured according to an assembly-disassembly system. This allows for extremely easy relocation of the machine from one location to another, depending on your needs.

🎛️ Intelligent Control and Automation

The ECO 24 E model is equipped with an advanced PLC controller that offers the ability to enter and store up to 6 different drying programs.

The system precisely controls and monitors:

Temperature and relative air humidity
Drying time
Air flow speed inside the dryer
Power consumption
Wi-Fi control: Manual or remote power on/off and monitoring via Wi-Fi (optional upon customer request).

⭐ Improved Features and Quality

Built-in recuperator: As a larger model, the ECO 24 E has a built-in heat exchanger (recuperator) that transfers heat from the exhaust (hot and humid) air to the incoming (cold and dry) air. This drastically increases energy efficiency.
Premium ventilation: Increased number of internal fans (8 pieces of type Ø 300) for perfect drying in all parts of the chamber. A built-in PWM regulator is also included for precise air speed control.
Component durability: The built-in fans are designed for industrial use with a lifespan of 20,000 hours.
Safety and purity (INOX 304): The inner walls and trays are made entirely of stainless steel. No steel sheets are used, preventing any occurrence of corrosion.
Energy efficiency: Despite its large capacity, the excellent thermal insulation and the recuperator ensure low electricity consumption.
Maintenance: Electric heaters and fans are standard components available in open retail. For all other specific spare parts, we offer fast delivery via cargo.
