The ECO 72 H model is our most powerful hybrid dryer, engineered for the largest industrial capacities. It features an impressive total tray area of 72 m² and can process approximately 936 kg of raw material in a single cycle (calculated for raw Stanley plums). The system comes equipped with a staggering 150 INOX (stainless steel) trays, practically distributed across 6 mobile trolleys.

🌿 What does a hybrid dryer mean?

This is an advanced system that primarily absorbs a massive amount of free thermal energy from external solar air collectors. Then, to maintain a constant temperature, the air inside the dryer is precisely additionally heated using electricity.

⚖️ Note on capacity: The capacity in kilograms varies depending on the type of product. The volume and weight are not the same when drying plums, apples, mushrooms, or pasta.

🏗️ Mobile and smart design: The dryer is built using an assembly-disassembly system for easier relocation. Specific feature for this model: To allow the unobstructed entry of all 6 trolleys, the fans on the left side rotate around their axis, while the fans on the right side remain fixed.

☀️ Solar Air Heating System for Preheating

To optimize energy consumption for such a large capacity, the system utilizes a massive network of solar collectors.

Solar collectors: 10 solar thermal air collectors, 2 m² each.
Total solar area: 20 m² (10 × 2 m²) of surface area for free thermal energy absorption.

🎛️ Intelligent Control (PLC Automation)

The entire process is automated via an advanced PLC controller that precisely regulates and monitors:

Temperature and relative air humidity
Drying time
Air flow speed inside the dryer
Power consumption
Wi-Fi control: Manual or remote turning on and off (optional upon customer request).

Built-in recuperator: It features a heat exchanger (recuperator) that transfers heat from the exhaust hot and humid air directly to the incoming cold and dry air.
Premium ventilation: Increased number of internal fans with a built-in PWM regulator for precise control of the air speed.
Durability: The built-in high-quality fans have a proven operational lifespan of 20,000 hours.
Safety and purity (INOX 304): The inner walls and trays are made exclusively of stainless steel. The use of steel sheets is completely eliminated, ensuring zero occurrence of corrosion.
Energy efficiency: Despite the large volume, the excellent thermal insulation, the recuperator, and the solar system guarantee minimal energy consumption.
Certificates: ISO 9001:2015 certificate for production and a CE certificate required for export.
Maintenance: Electric heaters and fans are available in open retail. We deliver all other specific spare parts quickly via cargo.
