Energy-efficient drying of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, and pasta

The ECO 10 H model is an advanced hybrid dryer with a total tray area of approximately 10 m². Its capacity is 100 to 120 kg (calculated for raw Stanley plums), and it comes equipped with 20 INOX (stainless steel) trays for bulk drying.

🌿 What does a hybrid dryer mean?

It is a dryer that primarily receives thermal energy from solar air collectors (free solar preheating), and then, if necessary, additionally heats the air inside using electrical energy (from a photovoltaic system or directly from the city grid).

🎛️ Control and Automation System

The dryer is equipped with an intelligent system that regulates the entire process. The system controls:

Drying time
Air flow speed inside the dryer (primary regulation)
Humid air exhaust speed from the dryer (secondary regulation)
Power consumption
Manual and Wi-Fi control for turning on and off (upon customer request)
On-Line diagram for monitoring relative humidity and temperature (upon customer request)

The products possess a “CE” certificate, necessary for export to the European market.

ℹ️ NOTE: Differences in Control Panels (Programming Types)

For hybrid dryers (like the ECO 6.8 series models / formerly ECO 100), there are two different types of control panels, depending on how the drying time is programmed:

TYPE 1: Standard Time Programming with “Sinotimer”

Appearance (Figure 1): The timer is located on the left side of the control box. It has a round shape, white color, and black buttons. Below it, it says “Time relay”.
This device is used for simple and precise manual adjustment of the drying time.

TYPE 2: Advanced Wi-Fi Programming and Consumption Measurement

Appearance (Figure 2): This is specially made upon customer request. The device is also on the left side, but it has a rectangular shape and gray color. Below it, it says “Energy meter”.
This type allows time programming via Wi-Fi and precise monitoring of energy consumed.
