An air solar collector converts solar energy into warm, clean air, which is then used for space heating, drying, or ventilation of buildings.

⚙️ How It Works

Efficient Air Heating

The collector is typically installed on the sun-facing exterior wall of a building. Depending on the application, the system draws either fresh outdoor air or indoor air into the collector, where solar energy heats the air using a high-efficiency solar absorber.

Clean, Filtered Air

Before entering the building, the heated air passes through a high-efficiency HEPA filter that removes PM2.5, PM10, dust, pollen, and other airborne particles, contributing to a healthier indoor environment.

Warm Air Distribution

Quiet, energy-efficient fans distribute the filtered warm air throughout the building via an air duct system, providing continuous heating, ventilation, and improved indoor air quality.


Advanced PLC Automation

The entire system is managed by a programmable PLC controller or a standard electronic controller, depending on customer requirements. The controller automatically optimizes system operation based on solar radiation, air temperature, and user-defined settings.

Extremely Low Electricity Consumption

Only the fans and control electronics require electricity, with a total power consumption of approximately 120 W—about the same as two conventional 60 W light bulbs.

Compatible with Photovoltaic (PV) Systems

The solar air collector operates efficiently using only a small amount of grid electricity for the fans. For greater energy independence, it can also be integrated with a rooftop photovoltaic (PV) system.

How does the system work?
