☀️ Hybrid Dryer ECO 24 H

Industrial capacity with maximum solar efficiency

The ECO 24 H model is our largest hybrid dryer designed for serious industrial production. It offers a total tray area of 24 m² and a capacity of approximately 300 to 320 kg (calculated for raw Stanley plums). It is equipped with 50 INOX (stainless steel) trays, practically arranged in two mobile trolleys.

🌿 What does a hybrid dryer mean?

This is an advanced system that primarily receives a massive amount of free thermal energy from external solar air collectors. Then, to maintain a constant temperature, the air inside the dryer is additionally heated with electricity.

⚖️ Note on capacity: The capacity in kilograms varies depending on the type of product. The weight and volume are not the same when drying plums, apples, mushrooms, or pasta.

🏗️ Mobile design: The dryer is constructed using an assembly-disassembly system. This allows for easy and fast relocation of the machine from one location to another.

☀️ Solar Air Heating System for Preheating

As the largest hybrid model, the ECO 24 H uses a powerful system of solar collectors to preheat the incoming air, drastically reducing electricity consumption.

Solar collectors: The system uses 10 solar thermal air collectors, 2 m² each.
Total solar area: 20 m² (10 × 2 m²) of area for solar energy absorption.

🎛️ Intelligent Control (PLC Automation)

The dryer is equipped with a premium PLC controller with a touch screen that offers the ability to input 6 different drying programs.

The system precisely controls and monitors:

Temperature and relative air humidity
Drying time
Air flow speed inside the dryer
Power consumption
Wi-Fi control: Manual or remote turning on and off (optional upon customer request).

⭐ Improved Features and Quality

Built-in recuperator: The dryer features a heat exchanger (recuperator) that transfers heat from the exhaust (hot and humid) air directly to the incoming (cold and dry) air.
Premium ventilation: Increased number of internal fans (8 pieces) for flawless drying. A built-in PWM regulator is also included for precise air speed control.
Component durability: The built-in high-quality fans are designed for industrial operation with a lifespan of 20,000 hours.
Safety and purity (INOX 304): The inner walls of the dryer and the trays are made of stainless steel. Because we do not use steel sheets, there is absolutely no occurrence of corrosion.
Energy efficiency: The excellent thermal insulation, the recuperator, and the powerful solar system guarantee incredibly low energy consumption for such an industrial capacity.
Maintenance: Electric heaters and fans are available in open retail, while we deliver all other specific spare parts quickly via cargo.
