🚀 How We Started: Our Beginnings in Education

International education of the first instructors for solar installers (Koblenz, Germany – 2010)

Our roots as an educational center are built on a strong international foundation. The story began in 2010 with the first professional training of our teaching staff in Germany.

• Project organizers: Chamber of Crafts of Macedonia, Balkan Bureau – Sofia, and the Chamber of Crafts of Koblenz, Germany.

💡 Why did the need for such training arise?

The key motive for starting this educational initiative was best described by the project coordinator of the training in Germany:

“Despite so many faculties, graduated engineers, organizations, and energy associations, Macedonia lacks professional staff for mounting solar installations. There are many professors and engineers, but when someone needs to professionally climb onto the roof of a building and install such elements, there is no one. There are people who have done it so far, but they are mostly self-taught.”

🎯 Our Mission and Goal

Since the profession “Specialist for Solar Installations” did not officially exist at that time, the primary goal of this pioneering training was to create the first professional teaching staff.

We took the responsibility to further train new, qualified individuals who will be professionally equipped not only for precise installation but also for professional control, service, and maintenance of modern solar systems in the country.
