Designed for efficient drying of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, and pasta

The ECO 12 H model is an advanced hybrid dryer with a total tray area of approximately 12 m². It has an excellent processing capacity of 150 to 165 kg (calculated for raw Stanley plums). It is equipped with 25 INOX (stainless steel) trays for continuous production.

🌿 What does a hybrid dryer mean?

This is a system that primarily receives thermal energy from solar air collectors (free solar preheating of the incoming air). Then, if necessary, the air inside the dryer is additionally heated with electrical energy (which can come from a photovoltaic system or directly from the city grid).

☀️ Solar Air Heating System for Preheating

For maximum energy efficiency, this dryer uses a system of solar collectors that preheat the air before it enters the chamber.

Minimum system: The set starts with 2 solar air collectors (2 m² each), providing a total preheating area of 4 m².
Optimal system: For best results, an optimal quantity of 5 series-connected collectors is recommended (5 × 2 m² = 10 m² total area).
Power: The installed power of one 2 m² solar air collector is 1.4 kW.
Total power: The installed power of the optimal 5-collector system is an excellent 7 kW (1.4 kW × 5).
