Designed for drying fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, and pasta

The ECO 8E model is a high-capacity electric dryer with a total tray area of approximately 8 m². It has an excellent working capacity of 100 to 120 kg (calculated for raw Stanley plums). It is equipped with a total of 16 INOX (stainless steel) trays, making it an ideal choice for more serious production facilities.

💡 NOTE: In our program, we also offer a slightly smaller model from this series designated as ECO 7E, which features a total tray area of 7 m².

The dryer is equipped with an intelligent system that controls the entire process.

The automation precisely regulates and monitors:

Relative air humidity

Air flow speed inside the dryer (primary air regulation)
Humid air exhaust speed from the dryer (secondary air regulation)
Power consumption

Additional options (upon customer request):

Manual and Wi-Fi control for remotely turning the dryer on and off.
Online diagram for real-time monitoring of relative humidity and temperature via the internet.

The dryers possess a “CE” certificate, which meets all strict standards and is necessary for export to the European market.

Built-in High-Quality Parts with a Long Lifespan:

Fan durability: The built-in Ø 175 fans are designed for intensive operation with a lifespan of 20,000 hours.
Safety and hygiene: The inner walls of the dryer are made of premium INOX 304 (stainless steel). We do not use steel sheets, which means the occurrence of corrosion is completely eliminated.
Energy efficiency: Excellent thermal insulation combined with intelligent regulation results in very low electricity consumption.

Improved Internal Ventilation:

Increased number of internal fans (6 pieces) for faster and more even drying.
PWM regulation of air circulation inside the dryer and controlled exhaust of humid air outside.

Maintenance and Spare Parts:

The design is made to be easy to service. Electric heaters and fans are standard parts easily found in retail. All other specific spare parts are delivered quickly via cargo.
