The ECO 120 H model represents the most powerful hybrid solution in our offer, intended for factory and large-scale commercial production. With a total tray area of 120 m², this dryer offers a massive capacity to process approximately 1500 kg of raw material in just one cycle (calculated for raw Stanley plums). It is equipped with an impressive 250 INOX (stainless steel) trays, practically distributed across 10 mobile trolleys.

🌿 What does a hybrid dryer mean?

This system primarily receives a massive amount of free thermal energy through solar air collectors. To maintain a continuous process, the air is precisely additionally heated using electrical energy (which can be provided by a photovoltaic system or the city grid).

🏗️ Mobile design: Despite the large volume, our larger dryers are designed using an assembly-disassembly system. This allows for easy and safe relocation from one location to another if needed.

☀️ Solar Air Heating System for Preheating

For such an industrial capacity, solar preheating is crucial for huge electricity savings.

Minimal system: At least 12 solar air collectors (2 m² each) with a power of 17 kW.
Recommended system: For optimal results, we recommend the installation of 18 collectors (divided into two groups of 9). The final number depends on the project documentation.
Additional equipment (according to project): Metal structure for the collectors, air duct system, electrical cables, and connectors.
Smart add-on: The set includes a Wi-Fi device with a switch for precise measurement of electricity consumption.

🎛️ Intelligent Control (PLC Automation)

The entire drying process is strictly controlled through an advanced system that precisely regulates and monitors:

Temperature
Relative air humidity
Drying time
Air flow speed inside the dryer
Power consumption
Manual and Wi-Fi control for remote turning on and off.
On-Line diagram for continuous monitoring of relative humidity and temperature (with a detailed history by hours, days, months, and years).
